Pool Party Request

Do you have a family birthday coming up, want to celebrate the end of the season with your softball team, or maybe family is coming into town for a reunion? The pools at the Hulsey Wellness Center are available to rent for private events on most Sundays from 12:30-2:30 p.m. or from 2:45-4:45 p.m. Pool Party bookings are available and are $175 for a 2 hour party for up to 25 swimmers.  We will provide the necessary lifeguard for your event and some tables on the deck for food, cake, gifts, etc. There are also benches in the area for seating. There is no access to a fridge or freezer.

You can pick from our two pools. The Hulsey pool is three to five feet deep with a wheelchair ramp at one end. It is great for events with younger kids. The Coolidge pool is a lap pool with diving board at the deep end. Three to 10 feet deep. See pics and more info on both pools.

Pool Party Cleanup Policy
All parties are expected to clean up tables and the pool deck before leaving. This includes removing all food, decorations, trash, and wiping up any spills (cake, icing, drinks, etc.).If lifeguards are required to clean food spills or excessive mess after your party, a $25 cleaning fee will be charged.Brooms and trash bags are available upon request—please ask a lifeguard if needed. Lifeguards will be responsible for taking the trash out after parties are finished.

Please Note: Pool closures may happen at anytime due to accidental release of bodily fluids (blood, vomit, feces) into the water, or other unforeseen circumstances. Every measure will be taken to avoid disrupting your event or to make other arrangements for you if necessary.
