Group Exercise Guidelines

  • Please follow the fitness floor dress code guidelines.
  • Bring your own water bottle.
  • Classes are first come first serve and open to all members 18 and older.
  • If class is held in the Aerobic room please wipe down equipment used after each class using the available wipes.

Water Aerobics (Hulsey Pool)
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time: 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
Instructor: Self-Lead
Description: Come enjoy this low-impact water aerobics class (open to ladies only).

Stretching with Ron Reading (Meets in Gymnastic Gym)
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 
Time: 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
Instructor: Ron Reading
Description: Here is a great opportunity to limber up for the day with doing various stretching exercises in the Gymnastic Gym


Group Cardio Tennis Class
Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Time: 5 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Instructor: Zachary Mngo
Description: Zachary Mngo (USTA Instructor and SAU Student) will be leading out in a group cardio tennis class that is 60 minutes of high-energy cardio workouts (tennis-inspired drills, music-driven exercises, and group fitness activities). This activity is a fun way to stay active and build community outside of intramurals.
