UNIVERSITY DRIVERS
University Employees and Students
Southern employees and students must complete the form below so we can run a Motor
Vehicle Record check for insurance purposes. Drivers must have no more than (1) moving
violation for speeding (15 mph or less over the posted limit) in the past three (3)
years. Any violation exceeding 15 mph over the limit, or any speeding violation in
a school or construction zone, will be considered a major offense and may disqualify
the individual for Southern Adventist University.
Everyone else—WAIT!
If you are renting a vehicle for a Non-SAU organization such as an Adventist church
or school—DO NOT COMPLETE FORM. Contact your conference or union to learn more about insurance requirements.
