Description/Duties:
Kiwi ABA is excited to support future BCBAs through our Student Analyst position! This role is designed for individuals currently enrolled in a verified course sequence and actively pursuing BCBA certification. Student Analysts will gain supervised experience across both restricted and unrestricted hours, following BACB guidelines.
Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a BCBA coursework program
Eligible to begin accruing supervision hours under BACB requirements
Passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
RBT certification preferred but not required ( we will train)
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with clients under the supervision of a BCBA
Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
Collect accurate and timely data during sessions
Participate in team meetings, parent training (as appropriate), and clinical discussions
Engage in training activities designed to fulfill unrestricted hours (e.g., program writing, assessments, supervision planning)
Maintain professional, respectful communication with families and team members
Follow ethical and professional standards outlined by the BACB
Supervision Structure:
New student analysts will complete restricted hours first
After restricted hours are completed, they will shift focus to 5–6 unrestricted hours per day, if not assigned to client sessions
If restricted hours were already completed before hire, the student may begin unrestricted activities immediately
Hours: Part Time or Full Time
Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr
