Description/Duties: 

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Associate Chaplain and working closely with the LifeGroup Director, the LifeGroup Coach provides mentorship and support to volunteer LifeGroup leaders. This role ensures that LifeGroups remain a source of spiritual transformation, community, and leadership growth. Coaches serve as key facilitators in helping LifeGroup leaders develop their leadership skills while strengthening the broader LifeGroup program.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Mentorship & Leadership Development:
  2. Provide weekly mentorship to four LifeGroup leaders, ensuring their growth and effectiveness.
  3. Model spiritual fitness and facilitate meaningful worship experiences during weekly meetings.

  7. Visit a minimum of one mentee LifeGroup meeting weekly.

  • Clean buildings/floors when student custodial coverage unavailable
