Passport to Reading Challenge
We invite students to participate in our National Book Month Passport to Reading challenge. Complete five simple tasks for a chance to win prizes. Passports can be picked up at McKee Library and must be completed by October 30 at noon for your chance to win. Prizes will be awarded as the challenge is completed and while supplies last.

Join us in honoring Hispanic Heritage Month, celebrated each year from September 15 to October 15. Discover stories that highlight the rich contributions and diverse voices of Hispanic and Latino authors. Visit Library BlogMid-semester Break
McKee Library will operate on a reduced schedule during the mid-semester break. The library, along with the Writing Center and Tutoring Center, will close at 5 PM on Wednesday, October 15. The library will be open from 1 PM to 5 PM on Thursday, October 16. All three areas will be closed on Friday, October 17, and Sunday, October 19. Regular hours will resume on Monday, October 20.

Center for the Study of 19th Century America
The Center for the study of 19th Century America includes the Domestic Science and Cookery Collection, Duane and Eunice Bietz Collection, James L. Fuller Collection, Origins and Biology Collection, Seventh-day Adventist Heritage and Apocalyptic Studies Collection, and the Thomas Memorial Collection.

French Collection
The McKee Library French Collection consists of 105 titles and 189 volumes of works mostly written in French. The collection spans 255 years, with its earliest book published in 1711 and the most recent in 1966. The collection covers a variety of subjects including history, philosophy, and literary criticism and also contains novels, memoirs, poetry, and plays. Many of the books have been digitized and are available for online perusal.

Ray Hefferlin Collection
The Ray Hefferlin Collection is comprised of physics-related materials collected by Dr. Ray Hefferlin, former physics professor at Southern Adventist University. The collection includes newspapers, periodicals, photographs, posters and correspondence.
